We have a variety of equipment including treadmills, rowers, bikes and floor equipment that includes benches, dumbbells, TRX suspension trainers, medicine balls, bands, and core flytes.

STAR FITCLUB uses advanced heart rate monitoring technology. Members have the unique experience of seeing real time data during their workout, enabling them to push themselves to new limits. After each class, you’ll receive a personalized workout summary that will help you analyze your workout trends to help set future goals. You can also access all your data via our STAR FITCLUB app.

All STAR FITCLUB classes are total-body workouts, and catered to all fitness levels. If you’re just starting to workout, don’t be afraid to just take your first class to get acquainted with the equipment, and push yourself when you feel comfortable to do so. You choose the weight and pace. You’ll only get stronger after each class. Don’t stress, you got this!

Call our club or visit the “Schedule” page on our website for links to our schedule. All scheduling can also be done through our app.

Have a chat with your coach before class and don’t be afraid to voice any concerns or injuries. Our coaches are trained to provide options and modifications for each exercise.  

Yes, but since you are partaking in intense physical activity, please consult with your physician beforehand for a professional opinion. Please also inform your coaches prior to the start of class so they can monitor your training and advise accordingly.

We ask that you arrive 30 minutes prior to your first class to go over your fitness goals, get you set up on our heart rate monitoring system and introduce you to your fitness coach.
